Job Description
Preferred Skills:
- Dual Certification preferred: Licensed SpeechLanguage Pathologist and BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBAD) or PsyD/PhD in Clinical Psychology with BCBA/BCBAD.
- Expertise in autism therapeutic interventions communication and behavioral assessment.
- Experience with insurance credentialing billing and research related to ASD.
- Demonstrated leadership in autism services across diverse age ranges and cultural groups.
- Proficiency in evidencebased practices and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations budgets and sustainability of services.
- Hire train and supervise qualified therapeutic staff.
- Oversee professional development internships and observership programs.
- Collaborate with charter school staff and external providers to enhance care.
- Support grant writing and funding initiatives for service growth.
- Conduct classroom and service observations to ensure quality standards.
Work Environment:
- Campusbased and community work; occasional evening/weekend hours.
- Flexible schedule and comfortable business casual attire.
