Job Description
- Reporting and Analysis
- Internal Control
- Understanding of company policies
- Exception reporting on adhoc requirement of HO/Zone
- Periodic review of Polices
- Completion of Audits
- AR Management
- Monitoring Credit & Receivable reporting as per Credit Management Policy
- Balance Confirmation
- Daily Overdue and DSO tracking
- Review of collection and respective entries
- KYC Completion
- Discounts & Scheme Management
- AP Management
- Ensuring timely submission of invoice in system.
- Coordination in Vendor Reconciliation
- Creation of POs
- Fixed Assets Verification and documentation
- Monthly Closing
- Order Management Financial approval and coordinating Sales Team.
- Sales Tax Assessment
- Coordination with teams for Statutory Forms
Additional Requirement
- Designation Finance Executive / Assistant Manager.
- Qualification M.Com / M.B.A Finance / CA Inter.
- Location Chandigarh.
- Experience 5 Yrs to 7 Yrs.
- Strong Excel knowledge & Communication Skills.
- Industry FMCG & Alcobev.
