Handling communications: Managing emails information and other
communications and highlighting those that need the MD's attention
Coordinating meetings: Coordinating executivelevel meetings and acting as an
interface between internal functions and top management
Handling confidential information: Handling sensitive information with discretion
Providing support on data insights: Preparing presentations using data inputs from
teams. Draft and proofread emails memos reports presentations and other
documents as requested. Prepare weekly monthly & quarterly reports.
Attending meetings: Attending Senior Leadership Team meetings and other strategic
meetings to take meeting minutes and action points. Distribute action items and
follow up on outstanding tasks as needed. Prepare agendas documents and
presentations for meetings.
Collaborating with staff: Collaborating effectively with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure the executive's availability and participation in key events
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other team members departments
and external contacts.
Coordinate travel arrangements prepare itineraries & plan logistics
