Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Thermoplastic Thermoset Injection and Press machine operating and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Basic plus advanced knowledge in field of hydraulics molding and press technologies.
- Knowledge of working Microsoft office tools.
- Familiar with ISO audits including QMS EHS and OHSAS
- Hands on experience on working on machine hydraulics and mechanical related failures.
- Downtime data recording and analysis for OEE improvement.
- Safety requirements as per CE standards / Industry for carrying out any work.
- Knowledge of systematic Problemsolving techniques.
- Execution of timely preventive maintenance optimizing machine performance and ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensured uninterrupted machinery operation aligning with organizational production and maintenance objectives.
- Ensure proper communication within department in all suitable forms.
- Creating routine and nonroutine maintenance procedures plan and perform regular trainings for machine operators in accordance to maintenance procedures.
- Understand Dimensional Tolerances and control Mechanism.
- Ensures maintenance conforming to set standards (minimum machine stoppage minimum breakdowns on time preventive maintenance for all plant equipments).
- Should have knowledge of all molding equipments like Desiccant driers/ Dehumidifier driers / Dew point control measures MTC Robots Grinders etc
- You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and robotic systems including identifying and diagnosing technical problems repairing or replacing faulty parts and testing equipment after repairs are complete.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently; monitoring equipment and acting as first line of maintenance to prevent machine downtime.
- Spare parts requirements and timely repairs of faulty spares.
- Should be able to carry out basic electrical maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs PM schedules and parts usage.
- Work closely with the production team to understand machinerelated issues and ensure quick resolutions to minimize production interruptions.
- Ensure all work is carried out following safety guidelines and regulations promoting a safe work environment.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
- Continuously evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
