We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Engineer (Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing) to manage sales activities independently on a PanIndia basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling products related to the oil and gas industry with exposure to industrial applications such as biogas leak detectors internal columns reactor separators and mist eliminators. The role demands a motivated professional who can build and maintain customer relationships identify and pursue new business opportunities and deliver exceptional sales performance. . Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Independently drive sales and marketing efforts across India. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the process industry.
2. Customer Management: Actively reach out to potential customers and nurture relationships. Serve as an account manager for the existing customer base ensuring satisfaction and long term partnerships.
3. Collaboration with Principal Partners: Engage with foreign principal partners to understand their solutions and represent their products in the Indian market. Promote and sell marketleading solutions offered by principal partners. Maintain strong relationships with principal partners and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
4. Product Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on products such as biogas leak detectors internal columns reactor separators and mist eliminators. Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
5. Tendering & Estimation: Participate in tendering processes including preparing bids and proposals. Perform accurate cost estimation and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations. GEMSHRTPLJDV1.1
6. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and market analysis to senior management.
7. Qualifications and Requirements:
1. B.Tech/B.E(Mechanical)
2. Knowledge and wide experience in utilising of Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator SAP/ERP MS Office etc.
3. 810 years of experience in sales and marketing within the gas or process industry.
4. Proven experience in handling a diverse portfolio of products related to the oil and gas sector.
5. Experience in tendering processes and cost estimation
6. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
7. Proactive goaloriented and adept at relationship management.
8. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
