Ensure employee queries are resolved as tier 1 support within agreed upon SLAs
Objectives and KPIs;
Partner with key stakeholders on employee queries requiring input and guidance from
them;
Administers employee changes across the hiretoretire cycle in our People Systems;
Ensures employee documentation is provided to employees in line with established
SLAs as well as stored as per the relevant legal guidelines and process;
Liaise with external (payroll) provider to safeguard correct employee registration with
local authorities;
Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes including systems and tooling
to fit with evolving requests from the business and drive efficiency;
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll report validations to safeguard
correct monthly payout;
Execute processes procedures and documents in line with standard operating
procedures as well as compliant with global & local employment law and legislation;
Seek out and implement alignment in core People Ops processes across BHI and
B.com;
