JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We're seeking an energetic & vibrant Business Development Executive to contribute to our
customercentric and collaborative sales team. As a Business Development Executive at
Homestone Signature you'll spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients. You will engage
in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling email campaigns and prospecting within
our ideal customer profile to determine qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
1. Prospecting & lead generation
Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking.
Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Meeting & exceeding sales target
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
3. Relationship building
Build relationships with cold and warm leads to understand their business needs
raise awareness about the company and assess lead quality based on key indicators.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
Regularly follow up with clients to address any concerns and identify upselling
opportunities.
4. Sales Negotiations
Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial
outcomes.
5. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer
needs.
6. Reporting & documentation
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions
and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance achievements and challenges.
7. Collaboration
Collaborate with the respective team to develop customized solutions tailored to
client specifications.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and
brand awareness.
Required Qualification
Min. 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative in
construction/building materials industry
Demonstrated understanding of the business development role and a track record of
exceeding targets.
An active listener openminded and willing to explore new strategies in
collaboration with the team.
Coachable and have a strong desire to learn and improve.
