Job Description
Lead the preparation of RFQ / RFP / EOI and contract / concession agreement / MoUs
Assist in evaluation bids managing negotiations and ensuring compliance with contract
terms
Undertake capacity building for bid process management
Advise on innovative strategies to improve occupancy rates customer satisfaction and
profitability of hotels and resorts
Identify gaps in service delivery efficiency and profitability and provide actionable
recommendations for improvement
Help develop SOPs and benchmarks for operational excellence
Develop frameworks to monitor the performance of hotels resorts tours and service
offerings
Advise tourism corporations on strategies to improve occupancy rates customer
satisfaction and profitability of hotels resorts tour packages and service offerings
Recommend enhancements to tour offerings to make them more attractive and competitive
Support in digital transformation initiatives for tourism entities
Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to enhance the operations and
profitability of tourism corporations
Provide insights into market trends competitor performance and customer expectations
Develop and monitor project timelines budgets and performance metrics
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with the strategic goals of Karnataka Tourism
Assist in the implementation of Karnataka Tourism Policy and Karnataka Tourism Vision
Explore collaborations to expand the reach and impact of tourism initiatives in Karnataka
Benchmarking and recommendation on best practices by government agencies and PSUs
