ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and resultsoriented Associate Attorney with 48 years of litigation experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of liability and damages in personal injury cases.
- Manage a highvolume caseload from inception through appeal.
- Take and defend depositions including those of expert witnesses.
- Handle court appearances draft and argue motions and lead cases through trial and appellate processes.
- Negotiate settlements involving complex liability and damages disputes.
- Strategically lead and mentor paralegals clerks and junior attorneys.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships fostering trust and transparency.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues clients opposing counsel and judicial stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Washington State Bar License with a clean disciplinary record.
- 48 years of litigation experience with demonstrated success in depositions trial preparation and case strategy.
- Proficiency in case management systems and efficient time management.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills including the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills with a deep understanding of Washington statutes and case law.
- Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a teamoriented environment.
