Job Description
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills particularly in technical contexts.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with an ability to translate technical information
effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex technical processes.
Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a technical environment.
Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills especially in mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a focus on developing technical expertise within the team.
Moderate mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate appropriately in a dynamic setting.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced sometimes stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Education and Experience
Chemical processing and hazardous chemicals experience
Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) degree or
related experience
