Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategy review sessions with clients to formulate case plans understanding facts and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients discussing options strategies and solutions at critical stages of their cases.
- Prepare various family law documents and pleadings including but not limited to complaints answers declarations motions and trial briefs.
- Prepare clients for hearings and trials and represent them effectively in court within Middlesex Essex and Suffolk Counties.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law trial experience is a must. 5 years preferred.
- CustomerFocused: Strong orientation towards providing exceptional customer service and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism: Possess a professional attitude and the ability to represent clients and Martino Law Group LLC at the highest level.
- Licensing: Valid MA drivers license and license to practice law in Massachusetts are required.
