Job Description
Qualifications
FHA VA USDA and Conventional experience required.
DPA and Bond Housing program experience required.
Knowledge of closing loans in a LLC a plus.
Must have experience with Encompass platform as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
At least 5 years of experience required.
Could work independently on multiple files simultaneously.
Individuals must be able to work flexible hours due to different times zones.
