Job Description
We are a familyowned construction equipment dealership and rental company with over 50 years of experience serving Southern California. We are an authorized dealer for Komatsu and other leading brands offering rentals sales and service at five branch locations.
Having recently expanded as the authorized Komatsu dealer for all of Southern California we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help us deliver topnotch customer service while driving our growth.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose equipment for mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues
- Perform repairs and services per supervisor instructions
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and order necessary parts/supplies
- Read and interpret schematic drawings for troubleshooting
- Maintain organized clean workspaces and service vehicles (if applicable)
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on factory technical bulletins
- Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with fleet or dealership heavy equipment repair
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems; able to read schematics
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Must own tools and possess a valid drivers license
- Physically capable of climbing large equipment and performing fieldwork
- Experience with Komatsu CAT or Volvo machinery is highly preferred
Schedule
- Fulltime (Monday Friday 8hour shifts with overtime opportunities)
