This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
What Youll Do
Responsibilities- Design build and maintain scalable and reliable backend services .
- Develop APIs and systems that handle millions of requests daily ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including frontend engineers product managers and data scientists to deliver impactful features.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to support our growing user base.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues ensuring timely resolutions and system reliability.
- Write clean maintainable and testable code following best practices.
- Work with distributed systems microservices and eventdriven architectures.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and propose innovative solutions for improving our platform.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python Go Java or C.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions like PostgreSQL Redis or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and system design principles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for clean efficient code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech or building financial systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in financial applications.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handson experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana or Datadog.
