Job Title: Sharepoint Admin (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint onpremises and/or SharePoint Online environments.
- Configure and optimize SharePoint site collections libraries lists and workflows.
- Monitor system performance security and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePointrelated issues for endusers and stakeholders.
- Provide support for integration with thirdparty tools and Microsoft 365 services.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations related to SharePoint systems.
- Implement and manage custom web parts templates and site customizations.
- Work with development teams to deploy custom SharePoint solutions and scripts.
- Plan and execute upgrades patches and migrations from legacy systems to SharePoint Online or newer versions of SharePoint Server.
- Ensure smooth data migration while minimizing downtime and disruption.
- Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies permissions and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity compliance and security across SharePoint environments.
- Work closely with IT teams business units and stakeholders to understand collaboration needs.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Handson experience with SharePoint migrations upgrades and customizations.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online SharePoint Server and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management and automation.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI PowerApps).
- Strong understanding of Active Directory Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with workflows InfoPath forms and thirdparty SharePoint tools.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
