Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master (US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is wellgroomed and prioritized.
- Track and communicate team progress ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
- Promote a healthy team environment by resolving conflicts and encouraging open communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
- Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) preferred.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Trello or Azure DevOps.
- Background in software development or technical understanding is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
