Job Description
Job Title: Certified Business/Systems Analyst with BI Exp
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Extensive experience in Requirements Management including the application of business functional and nonfunctional documentation as well as expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
- Proficient in Requirements Analysis Methodologies utilizing Agile Scrum and Lean frameworks to define business needs establish objectives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Skilled in Business Process Modeling including the creation of process flows swim lane diagrams and entity diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Strong background in Quality Assurance Analysis encompassing the testing and validation of requirements to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis with handson experience using SQL Power BI Tableau and Excel for data visualization reporting and insights generation.
- Proven ability in Problem Solving identifying and defining business challenges and implementing effective solutions to address them.
- Knowledgeable in advanced methodologies including IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) standards Six Sigma practices and the AIC (Analyze Improve Control) framework.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Subject7 and Mabl supporting efficient and scalable testing processes.
- Holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
