Job Title: IT Acquisition Support (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend IT acquisition process including planning solicitation evaluation and contract award.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to identify IT procurement needs and develop acquisition strategies.
- Prepare and review procurement documentation including Statements of Work (SOW) Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications.
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) company policies and industry best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities.
- Coordinate vendor communications including preproposal conferences Q&A sessions and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities budgets and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on IT procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in IT acquisition or procurement preferably within a government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
