Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement QA strategies methodologies and best practices for manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and establish testing objectives.
- Develop maintain and execute test plans test cases and scripts for functional regression performance and security testing.
- Identify document and track defects working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives and daily standups.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards where applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest QA tools technologies and trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Handson experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Appium JUnit TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g. Python Java JavaScript).
- Experience in performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
