Job Description
Job Title: Web Information Architect(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement information architecture strategies for websites and web applications.
- Organize content and data to improve usability navigation and accessibility.
- Develop wireframes sitemaps and user flows to guide the design and development process.
- Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers developers and content creators to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
- Optimize website structures for search engine optimization (SEO) and performance.
- Define and maintain taxonomy metadata and labeling systems for digital assets.
- Stay updated on web design trends technologies and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Architecture UX Design Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in web information architecture UX design or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IA principles usability and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Experience in web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes sitemaps and user journey maps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
