Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply data science methods using tools like Python R SQL and leverage Nexthink for realtime analytics and automation to enhance digital employee experiences1. User Experience Design: Utilize Qualtrics to gather and analyze user feedback creating usercentric designs informed by data2. Performance Monitoring: Implement Aternity to monitor and improve enduser experience across all applications and devices3. IT Operations & Security: Use 1E Tachyon to manage and secure endpoints with realtime operational agility4.
Collaboration & Integration: Work with IT and development teams to integrate insights from Nexthink Qualtrics Aternity and 1E Tachyon into UX design and IT
