Job Description
We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Chantilly VA area to provide them with a Water Resources Senior Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Water Resources Senior Project Manager:
#1. A minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
#2. Bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar degree
#3. Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
#4. Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
#5. Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HECRAS HECHMS HEC1 HY8 Flowmaster
Requirements of the Water Resources Senior Project Manager:
- A minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar degree
- Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
- Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
- Selfmotivated individual that can handle multiple projects & responsibilities while helping the firms water resources practice grow and develop
- Ability to adapt to varying regulatory standards among many jurisdictions.
- Strong communication writing and organizational skills
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
- Expert mathematical/analytical skills
- Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HECRAS HECHMS HEC1 HY8 Flowmaster
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with ArcMap or similar
- Proficiency with Autocad
Other Key Requirements:
- Work onsite.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
- Prefer someone with local experience (Client do not pay for relocation expenses).
