Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our automation team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing developing and implementing automation solutions that streamline processes reduce manual work and enhance efficiency across various business functions. This role requires a combination of technical skills including proficiency in RPA tools scripting and a strong understanding of process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test and deploy robust efficient and scalable RPA solutions using industryleading tools such as UiPath.
- Develop and deploy solutions using UiPath Document Understanding for efficient data extraction and processing of PDF files.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and security protocols throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor deployed bots to ensure accuracy performance and maintainability performing regular system checks troubleshooting issues and applying optimizations as needed.
- Work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and internal departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
- Communicate effectively to articulate the value of RPA to business teams and project stakeholders.
- Generate ideas to improve the RPA lifecycle velocity and enhance business process efficiency.
- Stay updated with advancements in RPA technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare documentation such as Statements of Work (SoWs) and proposals to support managers and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in developing and deploying the RPA solutions and should have good knowledge on any programming knowledge.
- Possess advanced certifications in at least one RPA tool such as UiPath.
- Expert in orchestrator administrations and UiPath troubleshooting
- Be proficient in a programming language like Python .NET or Java.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of RPA best practices and lifecycle management.
- Exhibit excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable tasks.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Thrive in a fastpaced startup environment with a proactive and innovative mindset.
