Job Description

L2 Sec Ops Support

Security Operations Support for Zscaler and WAF. Candidate have to work along with customer to define strategies on stringent polices operation excellence reporting. Must coordinate between Customer and offshore team.

Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Operations

Experience in Zscaler ZIA ZPA with hands on experience in policy management troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of WAF technologies and policies like DDoS mitigation SSL/TLS and applicationlayer security

Knowledge of security standards and protocols like SSL TLS IPsec HTTP/HTTPS DNS etc.)

Must be having working knowledge of managing security operations of large enterprises.

Candidate must have good communication skills and troubleshooting skill

Banking and Financial customer support experience is recommended

Must be willing to work on rotational on call support too.

Certification on Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional and Imperva WAF is preferrable.

Resource Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Security Devices Operations Support or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Cyber Security technologies

Salary Range $100000$130000 a year
