Role Overview:
We are seeking a midlevel Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating and administering daytoday HR operations ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and supporting the overall growth and development of the organization.
What youll do...
Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing resume screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are wellintegrated into the company culture and operations.
Benefits Administration
Administer compensation and benefit plans including healthcare pensions retirement plans and vacation time.
Analyze competitors compensation and benefits packages to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Employee Relations and Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HRrelated queries including absence and health issues conduct and capability grievances and organizational change.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws.
Develop revise and implement HR policies and procedures updating them as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or company needs.
Training and Development
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Support the development of new staff programs and contribute to succession planning efforts.
Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of employee performance programs including quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Provide support in performance management including coaching and counseling employees and managers.
HRIS and RecordKeeping
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Ensure data entry accuracy and compliance in HRIS and conduct regular audits.
Communication and Culture
Communicate HR policies procedures and updates to employees.
Work to align organizational values with employee behavior fostering a positive and productive work culture.
What you need....
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
7 years of Startup experience in an HR role preferably in a midsized company or startup environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software (e.g. PeopleSoft ATS).
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problemsolving skills and a resourceful mindset.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
