Job Description
Job Title: Surgical Scrub Technician (Preferably Certified)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (shifts may vary from 6:30 AM 4:00 PM)
Weekly Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; no nights weekends holidays or oncall duty
Operating Rooms: 4 (focused on orthopedics and spine)
Surgeries: 1025 daily; 200300 monthly

Interview Process: Initial phone interview followed by a video or onsite interview with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing
Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
- Education/Experience: Certificate from a college or technical school (one year minimum); at least two years of orthopedic surgical experience required.
- Certifications: BLS (AHA) CPR certification is mandatory.
- Special Requirements: Flexibility with work hours to align with the daily surgery schedule.
