Job Description
Job Title : RN Emeregncy Room
Location : Mesa AZ 85202
Start Date : 02/03/2025
Length of contract : 13 Weeks (High Possibility of contract extension)
Shift : Night 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Working Hours : 36 Hrs. Guaranteed
Documents required : RN ACLS BLS PALS TNCC
Job Requirement:
- Banner Cover Page completely filled out
- Resume with all facilities facility size beds trauma level and units listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
- Flu vaccination Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
- Drivers License
Shift Notes:
- 7:00PM 7:30AM/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
- Weekend Requirements: schedule to be determined by facility
- On Call Requirements: schedule to be determined by facility
Submission Requirements:
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered please include a copy in submission
- 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days.
- Flu vaccination Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
- PLEASE NOTE BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY
- Travel experience Preferred
