Job Description
- Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN Facility (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) DATES
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days
- Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- Certifications certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain. Please include CPI if they have it. 8 hours of NBO will be added to the COA if they do not have an active CPI since they will complete it onsite.
- License confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
- Drivers license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease)
Additional submission requirements for all Brattleboro positions
- CPI offered onsite; please confirm at time of submission
- Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
- Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
