Job Description

Role : Sr Service Now Developer
Location: 100% Remote Role
Duration : Long Term Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client is Looking for Sr Service Now Developer

This position will support the TLM/IT Asset EndofLife program to improvement the overall proactive management of Enterprise Technology obsolescent IT assets. This position will report to the ITAM Program Manager and will be responsible for the daytoday decommissioning administrative activities monitoring and reporting

Required skills:
* ServiceNow IT Service Management IT Asset Management CMDB Application Portfolio Management
*ServiceNow Reporting & VividCharts
*Perform data analysis and reporting while supporting larger IT asset management and technology lifecycle management program
*Analyze IT Asset data across multiple systems and process to ensure data accuracy and completeness in system of record (ServiceNow).
*Ability to follow up and escalate tasks to ensure decommissions performed within SLA
*Identify process improvement areas
