Job Description:

Responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents tasks and requests escalated through service management software including but not limited to operating systems (Windows and Mac) mobile devices printers peripherals and a range of software applications

Responsible for ensuring completion of all assigned work and proper communications with clients meeting service level agreements customer satisfaction and service demands

Perform programming and related administrative tasks for Managed printers.

Comply with all company training legal and ethical requirements.

Will need ability to be certified in Dell and HP hardware repairs.

Must possess a strong customer service orientation.

Must be adaptive and flexible and have good problemsolving skills.
