Job Category:Software Development / Architecture Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Solution Architect with a minimum of 10 years of software development experience and at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role. The candidate will design and implement scalable maintainable software solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Position:Contract (Longterm)
Responsibilities:- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of software solutions across the full technology stack ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams and enforce best practices for coding design patterns and architecture.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional and technical requirements into design specifications.
- Technology Stack: Utilize modern frontend and backend technologies microservices architecture cloud services (AWS Azure) and containerization tools.
- Integration: Ensure smooth integration and compatibility across platforms and thirdparty services.
- Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust solutions on time.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize applications for speed scalability and security by identifying bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural and technical documentation.
- Experience:
- 10 years in software development.
- 5 years as a Solution Architect with fullstack expertise.
- Technical Expertise:
- Frontend technologies: React Angular or similar frameworks.
- Backend technologies: Java Node.js Python .NET.
- Cloud platforms: AWS Azure GCP.
- Microservices architecture and containerization tools: Docker Kubernetes.
- API design and RESTful services.
- Database expertise: SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD.
- Architecture Patterns: Proficient in microservices eventdriven architectures and design patterns.
- Tools: Git Jira Confluence CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills leadership ability and stakeholder engagement.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Enterpriselevel application design expertise.
- Onsite role at Hartford CT.
- Involves collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Requires strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Must have handson experience in fullstack development and solution architecture.
- Proven track record in designing scalable enterprise applications.
