The Opportunity We seek a dedicated Bridge Engineer to join BEAR Scotland s Bridges Team where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and functionality of some of Scotland s most iconic structures. Key Responsibilities As a Bridge Engineer your responsibilities will include: Design and Management: Inspecting investigating and designing bridge maintenance projects. Project Delivery: Managing maintenance works ensuring timely and costeffective project completion. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhering to CDM regulations and environmental standards. Collaboration: Building strong relationships with clients stakeholders and contractors. Progression: Developing your career through an ICEaccredited training scheme tailored to help you achieve professional qualifications. Your Skills and Experience We are interested in hearing from candidates with the following qualifications and skills: Essential: A degree in Civil Engineering. Relevant experience in bridge or structural projects. A working knowledge of design standards including DMRB MCHW and Eurocodes. Strong problemsolving and communication skills. A valid UK driving licence.
