Job Description

Job Title: Sr Auditor Corp Compliance
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office: Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Office Options: Denver CO or Federal Way WA
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Bonus Eligibility: $5000 annual bonus

Job Summary

The Senior Auditor Corporate Compliance is a selfmotivated professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can manage evolving workloads with minimal supervision. This role is pivotal in executing risk assessments audit programs and driving improvements across the organization. In addition to executing the annual audit plan this individual will support special projects within the compliance team and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute audit programs and testing procedures aligned with risk and test objectives.
  • Ensure audit conclusions are welldocumented and based on a comprehensive understanding of processes circumstances and risks.
  • Identify risks assess their business impact and provide actionable recommendations for process and control improvements.
  • Anticipate obstacles formulate effective solutions and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Communicate audit issues effectively both verbally and in writing to management and clients.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to junior auditors.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Experience: 4 years of audit experience required. Big 4 and/or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Certifications: CPA CISA or CIA preferred.
  • Strong analytical written/verbal communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools to deliver insightful data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of adapting quickly to change.
