Job Title: UI/UX Developer (React)
Location: Lansing MI
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented UI/UX Developer with expertise in React to design and develop intuitive usercentric interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers developers and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes prototypes and user stories into functional React applications.
- Design and implement reusable components and frontend libraries that adhere to UI/UX best practices.
- Ensure web applications are responsive accessible and compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in UI/UX design and frontend development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with expertise in React and its ecosystem (React Hooks Context API Redux etc.).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles including usability accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsive design.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with frontend applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with CSSinJS libraries such as Styled Components or Emotion.
- Knowledge of animation libraries/frameworks like Framer Motion or GSAP.
