Job Description
Role: Senior Network Engineer
Location: West Palm Beach FL 5 days onsite
Duration: 12 months
8. Job Description / Additional Job Details:
Assist with business requirement assessment of new projects requested by NEER subsidiaries and help deploy/implement network solutions.
Projects include infrastructure to support our backoffice functions for wind solar nuclear and fossil plants energy trading and SCADA IoT systems.
Under limited supervision contribute in a handson manner with the implementation of network infrastructure.
Create asbuilt design documentation for all new projects and maintain the availability and integrity of our enterprise network security infrastructure.
Maintain the security of network infrastructure and compliance with all applicable industry and security standards (NERC CIP PCI SOX etc.)
Collaborates with NextEras engineering and architecture groups; works with project team members to define requirements and deliver projects.
Partners with Architects and project teams to ensure integration of application / infrastructure architectures with enterprise blueprints and roadmaps.
Excellent oral written and organizational skills and the ability to multitask projects with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.
