Job Description
Skills: Required Skills & Experience: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients families and hospital personnel. Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A
Education: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Preferred Certification & Licensure: N/A This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position however as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only) Medical Dental Vision 401K. Pay range: (USD)(USD)53 hrly (USD)(USD)69 hrly.
Schedule Notes: MUST HAVE 2 years experience in specialty area MUST HAVE BLS ACLS NIHSS MUST HAVE basic dysrhythmia testing competency Must be wiling to float between stepdown unit and ICU This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4hrs with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time
