Starting Salary:
Physical Therapist 1: BR BR/hr and up (rate of pay range quoted is for 030 years of experience)
Physical Therapist 2: BR BR/hr and up (rate of pay range quoted is for 530 years of experience)
Physical Therapist 3: BR BR/hr and up (rate of pay range quoted is for 1030 years of experience)
Plus shift differentials where applicable.
Agency Placement Fee: 15% for offers over BR0 an hour/17% for offers BR5BR an hour/20% for anything under BR5 an hour

What youll do:
- Provide evaluation and treatment for hospital inpatients in Acute Care outpatients and residents of the hospital Long Term Care unit according to the professional standards of the American Physical Therapy Association. Evidence based optimum patient care is a top priority.
Provide treatment by referral from physicians and is under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation
Assist in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants or Aides Long Term Care Restorative Aides and volunteers or students.
Interact daily with the public other employees patients and families and physicians. A professional demeanor is required at all times.
What youll need:
Physical Therapist 1
- Requires a degree from an accredited university recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- One or two years of experience is preferred. We are open to hiring new graduates!
- Current Alaska Physical Therapy license (or obtain an Alaska PT license prior to hire date) and BLS certification are required.
Physical Therapist 2- Requires a degree from an accredited university recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and certification of advanced clinical competency such as TDPT OCS SCS GCS. FAAOMPT or other as approved by the Director of Rehabilitation.
- Current Alaska Physical Therapy license (or obtain an Alaska PT license prior to hire date) and BLS certification are required.
- Responsible for the clinical direction and development of one of the Rehab Dept subspecialties.
Physical Therapist 3
- Requires a degree from an accredited university recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of 10 years of experience and certification of advanced clinical competency such as TDPT OCS SCS GCS. FAAOMPT or other as approved by the Director of Rehabilitation.
- Current Alaska Physical Therapy license (or obtain an Alaska PT license prior to hire date) and BLS certification are required.
- Responsible for the clinical direction and development of one of the Rehab Dept subspecialties.
- Certified in two subspecialties.
