Job Description
Role: Functional PM Supply chain/Logistics/manufacturing
Location: : Cupertino/Sunnyvale CA (day one Onsite)
Contract duration :Long Term
Minimum years of experience: 7 years
Must Have:
- Any one language speaking experience Mandarin Taiwanese or Vietnamese.
- Professional Certifications in Project Management (PMP) and/or Supply Chain (CPIM CSCP CPSM SC Pro)
- Passionate about manufacturing supply chain and logistics and driven to bring innovative solutions to challenging global supply chain collaboration models
Role description:
- Managing complex largescale global projects involving worldwide and regional resources Aligning worldwide and regional teams to ensure onboarding process and technical requirements fulfill the needs of the various global teams.
- Working closely with technical team to ensure delivery of the designed solution from development to testing to cutover and support.
Technical skills:
- Technical understanding of enterprise software and especially integration technologies such as EDI API Webservices FTP web portals
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry design manufacturing logistics reverse flow
- Experience in crossfunctional portfolio and global program / project management and delivery to the level that they can set standards propose policy and coach others
Ideal qualifications:
- Ability to align both business and technical teams and build trust among these teams
- Proven ability to make and build internal and external relationships
- Demonstrated talent to personally deliver largescale initiatives under pressure with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to operate independently with conviction and drive teams to the right levels of quality in delivery even under pressure
- 8 years experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology coupled with project/program management experience Prior handson manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience in the electronics industry and/or supply chain consulting experience
- Experience in managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model Additional language fluency
- Experience leading and developing talent
- Preferred Master degree in Business (MBA) Information Technology Supply Chain Logistics Industrial Engineering or related field
