Position: ServiceNow Dev / Lead with On Prem exp.
Location: Orange CT (5 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Over all 10 years experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 onPrem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Architect with Experience in ITSM ITOM ITAM (SAM Pro) Integration HUB end to end design and implementation
- Experience in Onprem and cloud architecture design is mandatory.
- Experience in platform fine tuning upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory.
- Experience in custom integrations platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory
- Receive complex input from Product and business stakeholders translate into requirements and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
- Design and implement process workflows procedures and technical standards.
- Design and implement ServiceNow tables flow diagrams and low code in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders.
- Design review and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed.
- Invent and validate solutions.
- Guide the implementation configuration and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a birdseye and granular level.
- Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development.
