Job Description:
At least 8 years experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.)
Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco InContact MS teams Polycom SBC)
Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom Cisco SPA and ATA etc.)
Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
Flexible to work during weekends/ off business hours. Technical coordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support
