Role : MDM Developer and Support Executive
Location : Dallas TX ( Onsite )
Duration Full Time / Permanent Opportunity
Job Description:
Monitor and troubleshoot Informatica MDM system performance identifying and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
Manage data quality issues including data cleansing deduplication and validation processes.
Investigate and address data discrepancies ensuring data integrity across systems.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventative measures.
Provide oncall support for critical production incidents outside of regular business hours.
Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and identify opportunities for MDM improvement.
Analyze existing data models and propose enhancements to improve data consistency and accessibility.
Design and implement new MDM workflows data cleansing rules and validation criteria.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of Informatica MDM concepts including data quality data stewardship data lineage and data synchronization.
Expertise in Informatica MDM platform with proficiency in data modeling data mapping and data cleansing tools.
Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data within the MDM system.
Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques for extracting data from various sources (IDQ).
Required Skills and Experience:
7 years of handson experience in Informatica MDM production support and consulting roles.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve production incidents efficiently.
Excellent understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience in data quality improvement initiatives and data cleansing methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
