Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations in an assigned region. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery team performance and the achievement of business objectives. The Regional Manager will work closely with District Managers and other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations revenue growth and operational efficiency.
This role requires regular customer interaction proactive problemsolving and a focus on maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills while fostering a culture of excellence and development within their team.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficient with computers and financial reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to motivate and train teams effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes and safety standards.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an associate degree with 5 years of experience in similar roles.
