Job Description
- Quality Management
- Perform the Quality testing of raw materials intermediates and finished goods report to the department in charge in case of any abnormalities.
1.2 Ensure that instruments in the laboratory are properly maintained and bring to the notice of Department in charge in case of any abnormalities.
1.3 Ensure all the batches are tested as per the specification by following the respective testing procedures.
1.4 Ensure the Quality certificate; panels and sample are released from QC on very approval of FG batches.
1.5 Check for the availability of the Specification for all RM Intermediate and FG.
1.6 Maintain the required inventory level of the lab chemicals and inform the department in charge in case of shortage.
2. Customer Management
2.1 Provide the technical support for line as and when required.
3. Cost Optimization
3.1 Ensure the operation costs are at the minimum by identifying the cost saving projects.
3.2 Batch cycle time are maintained at the lowest by implementation of effective procedures.
4. Training and development:
4.1 Training of the subordinates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
