You develop and implement the HR strategy including the People & Culture budget of the hotel and support the General Manager with your team in all HR related tasks and questions. You will ensure that all activities related to the recruitment and hiring of new talent staff development performance management and administration of all employees are compliant with company policies.
You will oversee local policies and the administration of salaries benefits and bonus programmes for all employees.
You manage the communication of key messages business strategies vision and values to all employees. Together with your team you promote all employee communication activities and channels to encourage and enable feedback from employees .
