Du vil ta over for kollegaen vr som skal ut i mammapermisjon. Vikariatet varer 1 r fra mars/april. Oppstart avtales.

Som vr nye People Advisor blir du en del av People Advisory Nordics (NO DK SE & FI). Sammen med kollegaene vre i de vrige globale teamene er vi ansvarlige for rdgi medarbeidere og ledere rundt lokale HRforhold de rlige rshjulprosessene samt sykefravr og personalsaker m.m. Vi er ogs ansvarlige for opplring av vre globale HROperations kollegaer i India samt kvalitetssikre og rdgi de i daglige sprsml rundt norske forhold.  Vi leverer tjenester til alle ledere og medarbeidere i RambllNorge p tvers av Rambll Rambll Management Consulting og Henning Larsen Architects samt leveranser til globale marked.

I det nordiske teamet vrt er vi 17 kolleger hvorav 4 jobber i Norge. Vi er en avdeling hvor alle jobber selvstendig men med tett dialog. Vi jobber ogs sammen med de andre stttefunksjonene; Kommunikasjon HMS IT og Workplace. Vre nrmeste kollegaer er de norske HR Business Partnere og HR Direktr. For oss er det viktig at vi skal oppleves

som One HR bde internt og ut mot organisasjonen. Du m ogs trives vre en del av et globalt arbeidsmilj der du evner se nye muligheter og lsninger.

HR er midt i en spennende utvikling hvor vi jobber for ha enkle effektive og verdiskapende prosesser med fokus p automatisering og robotisering hvor dette er mulig. Du kan bidra bde i globale prosjekter samt forankre de globale prosessene i den norske forretningen.  

Den rette jobben for deg som er nysgjerrig og vil ta ansvar
Du kan selv vre med prege jobben din men kjerneoppgaven er HRrdgivning og support. Du vil fungere som sparringspartner p lokal lovgivning for kollegaene vre i India du vil ha ansvar for vedlikehold og oppdatering av hndbker og intern HRkommunikasjon. Vrt daglige arbeidsverkty er Workday og ServiceNow s fordel om du har kjennskap til disse.

For trives i rollen er det vigtig at du liker brede HR oppgaver og er opptatt av gi god service men at du samtidig har et mindset for kontinuerlig forbedring. Du er techsavvy og liker HRsystemer du er nysgjerrig lsningsorienteret og analytisk.

HR People Advisor (12Month FixedTerm Position)
Would you like to work in an exciting organization where you can influence and contribute to the development and optimization of how we work in HR If so you might be our new colleague. We are looking for someone with expertise in HR operations annual HR processes labor law and process improvement who can work closely with wonderful colleagues to ensure the best HR deliveries.

For this role it is an advantage to have experience with independent HR and advisory work a strong interest in HR systems and confidence and comfort with English as English is our corporate language.

You will be stepping in for our colleague who will be going on maternity leave. The position lasts for one year starting in March/April. The start date will be agreed upon.

Join Our HR Team
As our new People Advisor you will become part of the People Advisory Nordics team (NO DK SE & FI). Together with our colleagues in other global teams we are responsible for advising employees and leaders on local HR matters annual cycle processes sick leave personnel cases and more. We also provide training to our global HR Operations colleagues in India ensuring quality control and advising them on daily questions related to Norwegian conditions. Our services support all managers and employees across Rambll Norway Rambll Management Consulting and Henning Larsen Architects as well as global market deliveries.

In our Nordic team we are 17 colleagues 4 of whom are based in Norway. We are a department where everyone works independently but maintains close communication. We also collaborate with other support functions including Communication HSE IT and Workplace. Our closest colleagues are the Norwegian HR Business Partners and HR Director. It is important to us that we are perceived as One HR. You should also thrive as part of a global working environment where you can identify new opportunities and solutions.

HR is undergoing an exciting transformation as we strive to implement simple efficient and valuecreating processes with a focus on automation and robotics wherever possible. You will have the opportunity to contribute to global projects as well as anchor global processes in the Norwegian business.

The Right Job for You: Curious and Ready to Take Responsibility
This is the perfect role for someone eager to take responsibility and shape their work. While your core task will be HR advising and support youll also serve as a sparring partner on local legislation for our colleagues in India maintain and update employee handbooks and handle internal HR communications. Our daily tools are Workday and ServiceNow so familiarity with these systems is a plus.

To thrive in this role its essential that you enjoy diverse HR tasks and are committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a mindset focused on continuous improvement. You are techsavvy and comfortable working with HR systems. Youre curious solutionoriented and analytical ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm.
