We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Recruiter. This dualrole position requires a blend of project management expertise and recruiting skills to successfully lead projects while sourcing attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication leadership and organizational abilities alongside a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Duties:
- Oversee and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure the successful completion of key initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans track progress and address any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Conduct regular project status meetings provide updates and prepare reports for senior management.
Recruitment Duties:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
- Source screen and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management including familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Strong recruitment background with experience in sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates across various industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
