Job Description

  • Customer Operations account management Order to Cash & Customer support liaising with sales team managing forecast inventory; Analyze customers demand and request for supply allocation to close Customers demand & sales Forecasts gaps. 
  •  Work with sales team to bring in the right Quantity and mix of supply to support the Sales Forecast
  • Validate and process orders in ERP system daily review backlog and ensure smooth delivery & timely supply arrival into the HUBs or arrival into customer directly.
  • Liaise with supply chain planning team to secure supply and manage customer backlog priority
  •  Ensure Monthly & Quarterly Volume Targets are met.
  •  Deal with daytoday customer enquiry and escalate within cross functional teams to prioritize based on BU directives
  •  Keep minimum WOS targets actively monitor channel inventory situation 
  • Operational model optimization: understanding of incoterms freight terms and logistical references
  •  Monitor Risk of Loss lag days to avoid Revenue recognition reversal.
  •  Support Customers EDI requirements. Link up logistics team ERP teams to work on it.
  • Work with customers to solve POS and inventory reporting issues
  •  Support finance team to deal with customer credit issues
  • MIS reporting Daily weekly monthly backlog/shipment monitoring
  •  Sales Operations account management Finance & legal support
  • New customer set up; New hub set up
  •  Work with cross functional team to set up POS and inventory reporting
  • Cope with internal audit process for quarter end revenue recognition testing.
  •  Billing corrections & disputes disposition together with finance
  •  Maintain customer master accounts in lieu of the contract
  • Provide operational inputs/suggestions during customer contract review

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or above. MBA in Marketing/Operations preferable
  • Min 3 years account management/order fulfillment/customer service/supply chain planning experience in the electronic industry (semiconductor Storage IT etc.); Experience working with large distributions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the diversified business models of storage industry and familiar with the various operational models behavior (e.g. direct sales distribution VMI Consignment etc)
  • Capable of quickly analyzing and resolving complicated business issues 
  •  A resultdriven team player and solution provider; Able to work under dynamic business environment with pressure.
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office application (e.g. Excel) and ERP (Oracle/SAP)
