Bantrel has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Calgary. Our Project Coordinators are a multifunctional dynamic group that perform a variety of businessrelated functions including administering and organizing all corporate projects and tendering activities in cooperation with our Construction and Project Managers aiming at the flawless execution of the deliverable.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinators is to keep business line initiatives and all related processes running smoothly and assist in generating new business and revenue streams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Book meetings as required/requested take meeting notes for distribution as assigned.
- Book and/or review travel and/or entertainment expense reports.
- Support Mining Infrastructure and Construction (MIC) Management in conducting research and compiling reports on market segments Clients and competitors.
- Prepare a variety of materials from written or oral instructions including correspondence reports charts spreadsheets and statistical data that may be complex technical and/or sensitive.
- Business development prospecting preparing project proposals schedules estimates and budgets. Liaise with clients and contractors as required.
- Construction execution support to Client working on assigned project in support of the execution of the project.
- Coordinate activities resources and information (including sitebased support when required).
- Administrative support to the business line including writing proofreading and editing project materials and documents for example internal and external print materials construction execution plans and job instructions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately. Use project management tools to monitor working hours budget and plans.
- Perform special projects and take on other responsibilities as determined by business needs candidates skills strengths and careerdevelopment interests.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
- PostSecondary education in related field is an asset work experience will be considered in lieu of postsecondary education.
- 510 years of experience in a related field is desired.
- SMPEI (structural mechanical piping electrical instrumentation) experience required for construction is desirable.
- Knowledge of construction processes and systems.
- Experienced in writing and editing technical business documents.
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
- Multitasking ability to work in fastpaced deadlineoriented environment with the ability to adapt to change think on ones feet and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word PowerPoint Visio Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with MS Project SharePoint Power Apps and Power BI considered an asset.
- Strong data analytic skills.
- Travel as required.
