Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Quality Analyst to join our Quality Management Team based out of Calgary Alberta. This role will report directly to the Corporate Quality Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the continual development and performance of the internal quality management system. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for the reporting of information and data for both corporate and project quality programs. The Quality Analyst will be assigned to one or more projects to assist Project Quality Managers in the coordination and management of project activities and performing quality audits to ensuring that work standards are followed. Depending on skills and capabilities demonstrated the Quality Analyst may also be assigned to represent the Quality Department in a developmental role to perform the Project Quality Manager function for one or more small projects.

The incumbent must have the necessary training knowledge and related experience in project execution and the development and implementation of quality procedures. They must also possess the skills necessary to interact with personnel from all levels of the organization including corporate management project management client representatives subcontractors and personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities include:


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years progressive related working experience in quality management within the EPC or related industries.
  • Practical work experience in engineering/construction.
  • Knowledge of a registered quality management system and ISO 9001.
  • Experience in quality management and quality system audits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization and within a team.
  • Lead Auditor and Root Cause analysis training is an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new computer systems/skills prior experience in Microsoft applications SharePoint and Power BI will be an asset.
