Job Description
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and not limiting to government agencies consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure all involved parties aware of the project status that results in high efficiency and productivity team.
- Establishing and facilitating model farm set up which implements best practices and procedures that serves as a replication scheme for future farms model to save time cost and manpower.
- Plan and analyze workflow of the project with the team and execute the plan with highcost efficiency to meet projects objectives.
- Manage project cost within the approved budget.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to clarify and negotiate project requirements.
- Coordinate claims and related administrative tasks with the suppliers and contractors as per organizational standard and policies.
- Oversees the expansion project of the broiler and breeder farm especially Segari Batu Undan and Kuala Ketil.
- Perform any work or responsibility assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 4 years of working experience in relevant field.
